Hello, friends, kittens, puppies, and all who haven't yet decided on their inner beast! I'm Sasha. Yes, just Sasha. Not Alexander the Great, though my ambitions, believe me, are no less than that ancient fellow who tried to conquer the world. I, on the other hand, am trying to conquer. the minds of young readers. And, perhaps, an extra piece of cheese that accidentally fell off the kitchen table. But those are minor details. I'm a cat. Yes, fuzzy, with four paws and a tail that lives its own life (sometimes it seems to have its own schedule and secret meetings with the vacuum cleaner). My lineage is Scottish. This means I have a noble, slightly superior face and am always ready for deep philosophical reflections.. especially when looking at an empty bowl. But I wasn't born in misty Edinburgh, but in the hot, noisy, and very hospitable Zaporizhzhia. So, Scottish wisdom is mixed with Ukrainian flair in me. Can you imagine? I'm a Scottish Cossack cat! I can play the bandura with one paw and tap out a rhythm on a chessboard with the other. (Just kidding, of course. I'm a cat. You might think life here is as boring as another lecture on traffic rules for ants. But no! I'm here exploring the world! And not just exploring - I'm deciphering it. Yes, as if the whole world is a giant code written in an incomprehensible language, and I'm Sasha the Decipherer, trying to figure out why the sun decided to rise again in the morning (isn't it tired yet?!), and why socks always get lost precisely when you're in a hurry. My interests? Oh, my interests are a separate galaxy that even the most experienced scientists would get lost in! Let's start with physics. Yes, the very physics that explains why I don't fly when I jump off the closet (though sometimes I really want to!). Or why, when I drop a pencil, it falls down, instead of flying upwards to meet aliens. It's gravity, my dears! The sneaky force that keeps us on the ground, preventing us from reaching the highest shelf of cookies.
