In this timeless material we dive deep into the topic of mediocrity. Yes mediocrity, a form of oppression that suppresses the greatness we were created to live. As we explore this journey, author Donelle Cole, unfolds four paradigms titled Barriers to Mediocrity. With these barriers he walks the readers through his personal evolution from being a juvenile delinquent on Scared Straight to overcoming traumas of poverty stricken behaviors to being a first generation graduate in college, business owner and more. As he transitions the readers through these paradigms he shows how to go from merely living to exist to living with intentional purpose and building a legacy. Get ready for an incredible ride as we explore two distinct pathways every human being must face. The distinction between adopting mediocrity and adapting to mindfulness. We were born to a system designed to fail but born with an identity designed to conquer. The choice is yours to make.
In this book, I disclose practical principles to overcome flawed and limited beliefs systems. I also include personal stories of poverty and trauma using concepts such as emotional intelligence and behavioral psychology as a meams of building self-awareness. The journey of this material starts by identifying four of my personal barriers of mediocrity. These barriers encompass evaluating a broken identity, vision, mindset and lack of emotional intelligence. By navigating these four paradigms, identity, vision, mindset, and emotional intelligence with the ideal direction that you desire for your life to reflect, you will achieve optimal results. As we conclude section one of the material the second half of the book is about living with intention and purpose.
My goal with this material in section one is to show the reader how to find their most authentic self, acquire clarity on a groundbreaking vision, transition through limited, flawed, and broken mindsets and leverage passion and enthusiasm to break the mold of mediocrity.
Section two is about taking the information acquired in section one to create a life of intention and purpose.
