What happened to me did not change me overnight. Growth came slowly and painfully through heartbreak, reflection, and surrender. It began when I stopped making excuses for what hurt me and realized that silence was not strength. I learned that protecting my peace is not selfish, setting boundaries is not cruel, and discernment is part of maturity. I came to understand that God does not ask me to lose myself in order to love others.
This is not a story of bitterness, but of growth. It is the testimony of a woman who chose to rise, heal, and return to herself by holding tightly to the God who never left her. Even when people failed me, misunderstood me, or I felt uncertain about my future, God remained constant. He saw what others did not, held me together when I was falling apart, gave me strength when I was weak, and walked with me through it all.
