Freemasonry-Antichrist Upon Us by Glen Berry presents a fundamentalist Christian attack on Freemasonry, which the author portrays as a false religion and a central instrument of the Antichrist system. Drawing heavily upon biblical passages, anti-Masonic writings, Masonic texts, and historical quotations, Berry argues that Masonic philosophy conflicts fundamentally with Christianity in its morality, secrecy, religious symbolism, and conception of God. He develops alleged connections between Freemasonry, ancient mystery religions, occult traditions, Communism, political power, public institutions, and movements toward world government, while also devoting substantial sections to Judaism, Roman Catholicism, biblical identity, and the distinction he draws between Christianity and competing religious systems. Throughout, Berry urges Christians to recognize what he regards as the spiritual forces operating behind political and religious institutions, reject participation in secret societies, and remain faithful to biblical Christianity in opposition to the Antichrist system he believes is developing in the modern world.
