La Philippide Ou L'avènement De Philippe De France A La Courone D'espagne is an epic poem in fifteen cantos by François-Xavier Pagès de Vixouze. Written in French, this historical poem recounts the ascent of Philippe de France to the Spanish Crown. The poem offers a window into the political landscape of 18th-century Europe through the lens of classical verse, combining historical narrative with poetic form. A significant work for students and enthusiasts of French literature, historical poetry, and European history.
