What happens when a giant elephant walks into the house?

In this charming bilingual English-French story, young Steven insists that all animals are welcome indoors-even when Mommy disagrees! One by one, an elephant, a lion, a giraffe, a tiger, a hippopotamus, and a monkey make themselves at home, creating delightful chaos in every room of the house.

Filled with repetition, rhythm, and playful illustrations, No Animals Allowed! encourages early language learning while keeping children engaged and laughing. Written in both English and French, this heartwarming family story is perfect for reading aloud at bedtime, in the classroom, or anytime families want to enjoy a story together.

Inspired by a song the author sang to her sons more than 30 years ago and now shares with her grandchildren, this book celebrates imagination, family traditions, and the joy of storytelling across generations.

This delightful bilingual story includes a special bonus-a QR code that links to the original No Animals Allowed song! Scan it with your phone or tablet and enjoy a fun sing-along that brings the story to life.
