In the past galaxies did not have the same morphology as today. We know this thanks to the observations which have progressed enormously these past years. These observations enable us to know how the Universe appeared when it was only 10% of its present age. Numerous small galaxies have been forming, ''baby galaxies.'' We do not yet understand how they were able to appear. Computer simulations make the testing of various scenarios possible, but the galaxies thus formed do not resemble those that have been observed. Several hypotheses have been put forward to explain these paradoxes, one of them being a change in the law of gravity.
