Myppi et Chippy, deux SDF sexagénaires, entrent dans une commune dont le panneau de signalisation d'entrée indiquant son nom est retourné. En bonnes citoyennes elles téléphonent à la police qui envoie le commissaire Pondut, qui sera accompagné par sa femme, sur place. S'enclenche un défilement de personnages qui répondent sur l'ordre de la Voix off à des questions plus ou mois absurdes qui engendrent des comportements en adéquation.
