Instruction Sur L'usage Des Lunettes Ou Conserves, Pour Toutes Sortes De Vues is a historical treatise on the use of eyeglasses, offering guidance on selecting the correct lenses for various visual impairments. Authored by Marc Mitouflet Thomin, this work details the characteristics by which one can determine if common far-sighted individuals need spectacles, the convex lenses that suit them, and the concave lenses appropriate for other conditions.
This book provides a fascinating glimpse into the history of optometry and the development of corrective lenses. It serves as a valuable resource for those interested in the evolution of vision care and the scientific understanding of sight.
