Tout comme mon éducation, mes croyances, ou pas, étaient complètement absentes depuis mon enfance.
Mes souvenirs de la religion catholique sont un véritable cauchemar, comme le reste de mon enfance et de ma vie d'adulte que j'ai essayé de vivre dans ma ville natale. Un jour, je raconterai toute la vérité sur la façon dont j'ai toujours été traité.
Je peux encore dire que je ne suis pas une personne religieuse, mais j'ai toujours été très spirituelle.
Si Dieu est amour, je suis la personne la plus catholique, mais le monde réel ne fonctionne pas ainsi. Habituellement, les gens qui utilisent le nom d'une entité supérieure (Jéhovah, Jésus-Christ, Alá... appelez-la comme vous voulez) savent le moins sur eux-mêmes et ont une plus grande estime d'eux-mêmes, après tout, Dieu est de leur côté.
Et c'est l'histoire depuis le début des temps. J'ai vu tant de fois l'ignorance déguisée après de grandes causes... c'est simplement la nature humaine, mon ami.
Quoi qu'il en soit, je trouve la paix dans les cathédrales et les églises, tout comme je la trouve dans les musées et les bibliothèques; après tout, l'art et la beauté sont partout. Voici donc mon petit hommage à toutes les personnes vraiment religieuses que j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer sur mon chemin.
