La cité de demain dans les régions dévastées (The City of Tomorrow in the Devastated Regions) explores the challenges and opportunities of rebuilding French cities and towns following the destruction of World War I. J. Marcel Auburtin examines the principles of modern urban planning and architecture, advocating for innovative designs that prioritize public health, efficiency, and beauty. This book provides a fascinating glimpse into the post-war reconstruction efforts and the visionaries who sought to create a better future through urban design. It remains a valuable resource for understanding the history of urban planning and the social and political contexts that shape our built environment.
