As Hayek. F.A., is composed of an endogenous, or spontaneous, order and an exogenous, or manufactured, order. The exogenous order is constituted by the various public institutions and also by the rules of right conduct formulated by laws and regulations that should regulate the various collective activities. The general order of the larger society naturally has its endogenous self-regulating and creative elements, which require a favorable and appropriate political and institutional framework.Exogenous order is the product of endogenous order, which in turn is not the product of any particular will, but the result of human observance and recognition of certain abstract rules of right conduct.Consequently, the principles and foundations of freedom and justice reside in the overall order of society itself, and are the subject of unanimous consensus. The interventionist and constructivist practices of unlimited political power transgress the original foundations of freedom and justice, and lead people into servitude.
