Fossil Dragon is the opening act in the Trilogy of Dragons. Jake Harper is in his last year of a graduate degree in electrical engineering at George Washington University in our nation's capital. He is staunchly promoting the electrification of everything to address the weirding climate.
His partner, Abbey London, is completing her last year of an infectious disease fellowship at the affiliated med center. Her climate concern is dealing with the burgeoning threat of tropical and exotic diseases.
Together they operate her parents' Dragonfly Inn in nearby Virginia. Jake organizes a group of graduate students to address the civilizational risks of continued exploitation of coal, natural gas and petroleum.
Personally, each of them must decide if they truly want to commit to their relationship, or succumb to the temptation of past partners.
