EMMANUEL S. OMERE is a divinely commissioned minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He is a Minister at the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry, Boston, USA. He is married to Sister Faith Omere, with whom he has co-written and produced many Gospel songs.
For about twenty-five years, I nursed a groundless grudge against a man whom I thought took away my joy. I held great resentment against him because of the pain his supposed action inflicted on me. The bitterness against this man began way back in my secondary school days, and it grew into utter revulsion against him. As the years rolled by, the strong feelings of disgust became deeply rooted in my heart until I met Jesus Christ. However, after I met Christ, He empowered me to forgive. And what is more, I discovered that for about two and a half decades, I had unjustifiably nursed a grudge against someone who, after all, was innocent of the offense I accused him of. If I had died during those years or if Christ had come back, I would have certainly ended up in HELL. This book is an epic story of bitter lessons, as well as the grave dangers that unforgiveness exposes us to. It is a must-read for everyone who aspires to make heaven but who is yet to embrace the spirit of forgiveness.
