FIVE STARS: Mountain Women series, 8 in all, described the trials and tribulations of a mountainous, coal mining town. Really enjoyed the mountain women series by Carol Ervin. The reader is transformed into the tiny mountain town of the 1880 era. All characters leave you as though you know them as family!
