After their plane crashes in Alaska, several survivors try to reach safety, but are pursued by a pack of merciless wolves and....werewolves, who not only kill the survivors, but then attack a small remote town.George, a mild mannered Canadian businessman was conducting a site survey, in the Canadian wilderness, for a resort community, when he was attacked and bitten by a wolf. As George was covertly conducting the survey, in hopes of underbidding his competition, George ignored the attack, as it really was only just a mild bite on his arm. George boards a red-eye flight from Canada, heading to Las Vegas. The flight is a combination of oil pipe line workers. During the flight, George becomes fixated on the full moon outside the airplane and the growing pain from the bite. George moves to the restroom to try and regain his composure. In the restroom, George realizes that it wasn't a wolf that bit him; it was a werewolf and the transformation has started. George exits the restroom and begins killing passengers, resulting in the crash of the airplane. Survivors of the airplane crash are unaware that George has already exited the airplane and is now hunting them, along with a pack of wolves. The survivors head towards a small remote town and are pursued by the wolves, as well as George. One by one, the survivors are killed and turned into werewolves. The last survivor, Kaylee, an attractive Flight Attendant, is rescued by the Sheriff of the small town, with Kaylee bearing a striking resemblance to the Sheriff's former wife, who was killed in an airplane crash. The Sheriff takes Kaylee to the small town, where they discover that the town's telephone line has went down. The small town is completely cut off from the rest of the world, relying on a monthly supply plane that isn't due for another thirty days. As the Sheriff is marveling at the rescue of one survivor, George and several other survivors walk into the town, having followed the Sheriff. Soon, the Sheriff discovers that George and ALL of the survivors are werewolves, intent on killing everyone in his town and turning them all into werewolves. As the werewolves begin to hunt and kill the small town residents, a surprise unfolds..
