What better way to gain insight into other cultures and traditions than through a story? Flag Day in Petit Goâve is a wonderful account of all the different elements associated with Haiti's annual Flag Day celebration. A relatable tale of how a school gets involved to celebrate national holidays from rehearsal, choreography to the special dress for the day. The original Haitian text is displayed next to the English so that this beautiful language and rich culture can be preserved and passed down from one generation to the next.
