Every summer, campers gather at the firewood pile before splitting off to explore Shallow Lake's most popular spots-Clear Creek, Cypress Hills...and Fire Hollow.

Fire Hollow has rules. No flames unattended. No fires past midnight. But rules don't stop curiosity. And they definitely don't stop twenty-somethings ready to party.

When a group of friends decide to ignore one of the rules, they expect to get scolded by a park ranger. They don't expect the smoke. They don't expect the footprints. And they definitely don't expect to realize that something in Fire Hollow never burned out.
