All these subtle changes indicate significant cellular damage that impairs neuronal activity and function.For these reasons, the book presents a detailed structural study using electron microscopy on laboratory mice, focusing on morphological and pathological changes at the cellular and subcellular levels, as well as neurodegeneration and mitochondrial damage. This study has contributed to a better understanding of diseases, particularly those affecting the central nervous system in mice.
