Turning eleven was a big step in Prince Asher Lumaris's life. He had come of age for an apprenticeship and was excited to work alongside his Royal Alchemist father, Mathias. His grandfather, King Kairym, would also officially make the young half-human, half-fairy boy the crown prince of the Lumarian Kingdom.

But, without warning, refugee humans from another nation started a coup. The last thing Asher remembered was his grandfather taking him to the underground temple dedicated to the Lady Night and saying goodbye before the young prince fell asleep.

Eight hundred years later, twenty-year-old Lin Chai finds himself wounded and trapped in a storage room out in the middle of the mountain forest. He was able to free himself and flee, but his freedom didn't last long as he fell into an underground temple forgotten by time. There he met a young boy named Asher, who was lost and in tears, speaking of a kingdom he had never heard of before. As Lin succumbs to his wounds, the Lady Night, the Goddess of Souls, gave him a chance to live anew, not as a human, but as a soul blessed by her power: a fey.

Here begins the tale between a lost prince turned alchemist and a human turned fey. What challenges await them in this new world they've awoken to? Will they find their place amongst new friends and allies? Or will another's ambition destroy their new home?
