Most Christian sermons stop at the slogan: Just believe in Jesus-nothing else is required. This book refuses to stop halfway. It dares to finish the sentence the Bible itself writes: ...and the faith that saves is never alone.
In a sea of feel-good messages that tickle ears with half-gospels, this is a return to the raw, unfiltered harmony of Scripture.
Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone-free, unearned, complete. Nothing we do adds to His finished work. No merit, no ritual, no future performance can contribute one ounce. The gift is given to faith alone, so no one can boast.
Yet the same Scriptures that proclaim this glorious grace also issue urgent warnings:
- Faith without works is dead (James 2).
- Many who cry Lord, Lord will hear I never knew you-depart from me, ye that work iniquity (Matthew 7).
- Willful sin after receiving truth leaves no more sacrifice but fearful judgment (Hebrews 10).
- Those who practice the works of the flesh shall not inherit the kingdom (Galatians 5).
- The tares are gathered and burned; the wheat is sifted and preserved.
These are not contradictions to grace-they are guardians of it. They awaken the sleeping, convict the complacent, and call the drifting back to Jesus.
This book walks you through the Word itself-no imported systems, no denominational filters, no smoothing over tensions. You will see:
- Grace saves freely, apart from works of the law, lest any man boast.
- Saving faith is living trust in Jesus as Lord-never barren, always producing the obedience of faith.
- Jesus, Paul, and James speak with one voice: believe on Him, follow Him, bear fruit, do the Father's will.
- The true Judaizers were not Torah-keepers, but those who relied on traditions of men, ritual conversion alone, and mammon (human confidence/logic) to nullify the Word-then and now.
- Modern Christianity often repeats the error, turning grace into license while calling rationalized complacency faith.
- Stark warnings guard the narrow way; unbreakable prophetic promises anchor hope-not in our righteousness, but in God's holy name.
- The millennial kingdom stands as the future stage where the new heart is fully realized, obedience is caused by the Spirit, and the earth is filled with the knowledge of the LORD.
This is not another devotional to make you comfortable. It is a call to examine yourself (2 Corinthians 13:5), to repent, to return fully to the pure Word, and to come out of every system that nullifies it (Revelation 18:4).
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1)-but there is a loving cry to wake up, to hold fast, and not lose what was freely given.
The faith in Jesus that saves is simple: believe. It is profound: follow. It is secure: rest in His grace. It is fruitful: obey from love.
