This little anthology brings together several years' worth of my attempts at writing. Words and language have always fascinated me. Having grown up in a family of voracious readers, books have meant a never-ending source of enchantment, excitement, and comfort. It was perhaps on those sleepy, lazy afternoons spent reading with my grandparents that language first cast its spell on me. Having had the opportunity to go exploring into the depths of the Marathi, Hindi, English, and later, a little taste of German, I have had the incredible privilege of drinking deeply from the wells of individuals who were masters of their craft. My efforts at poetry are small derivatives of the magical universe that my favourite poets and authors have created within me.
