Meet rogue water spirits and get lost in fae circles of the woodlands. Watch goddesses enact their revenge and seize back their power from those who would take it from them. Read about the cracked earth of abandoned homelands and relish in lush metaphors of both grief and growth. These words and moments seek to ground you in the now and leave you pondering what future blossoms your heart may one day hold.
In its inaugural issue, the editors of Elixir Verse Press are delighted to bring you the Elixir Verse Equinox, a literary magazine that rises bi-annually on the Spring and Autumn equinoxes. Featuring the original works of 23 writers and artists, this issue presents the theme of Terra Verses, with stories, poems, and artistic renderings that reflect our myriad connections to the natural world.
We're thrilled for our Spring 2024 edition to have the guest editing talents of Philadelphia author and beloved book proprietor Christina Rosso-shop owner of A Novel Idea on Passyunk, and mind behind the books SHE IS A BEAST and CREOLE CONJURE. For more information about her works, visit christina-rosso.com.
