An unknown band like Buzz recording an album, then doing a European tour? It's not going to happen. It's preposterous.
A documentary about it all? Absurd.
A young guy with a poor grip of personal relationships and not the slightest experience as a roadie or a manager, somehow finding himself at the heart of it all? Now that might be the most ridiculous feature of the whole thing. Yet in Electric Buzz, Cian Macklin, Mac to his (very few) friends, somehow finds himself in the front seat of an improbable rock 'n' roll rollercoaster ride that takes him from Northern Ireland to the far side of Europe and back again. Will he be the same person at the end as he was at the beginning?
