Uno de los momentos centrales de la obra se encuentra en el estudio de Romanos 11:8, donde Pablo habla de un espíritu de estupor. El libro establece una comparación cuidadosa entre esta expresión bíblica y el concepto de Kahut, dejando claro que no deben confundirse automáticamente ambos conceptos.
Esta distinción es fundamental: Romanos 11:8 pertenece al contexto bíblico del argumento de Pablo y no constituye, por sí mismo, una identificación de Kahut.
Más que ofrecer una fascinación por el mundo espiritual, esta obra busca provocar discernimiento.
No fue escrita para invocar, admirar o glorificar aquello que pertenece a las tinieblas, sino para reflexionar sobre los peligros del estupor, reconocer señales de estancamiento espiritual y comprender la importancia de permanecer firmes en Dios.
