Teenager Henry Torrington has moved across the country. Leaving his home in Georgia, his family moved into an old house nicknamed Easton Estate. The fixer upper lays in the woods just outside of the town of Europa, South Dakota. He's first up there to oversee the move while his parents wrap up their last week at work. Henry faces all the moving day challenges-mislabeled boxes and old house problems. Classic things like defective lighting, a growing home improvement/repair list, poor cell service, weird weather, and murderous ghosts. That last one might be an important detail. The ghost problem is the reason nobody has stayed in the house alive or sane more than a week.
