Celester and Cynthia Neeley are American foreign missionaries who worked for more than forty years in South America in Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. Their first assignment was with Mission Volantes de Cristo in Rio de Janeiro. This opened the door to larger established evangelical churches that needed help with a deeper Bible message. They worked with many churches that had a mixture of Biblical truth, spiritism, voodoo, and witchcraft. They taught Bible-based warfare in the Spirit, which was one of the keys to their ministry.
