This program's expectations in this book encourage professionalism in preparing new educators to high standards, ensuring students will receive a well-rounded foundation in their learning.

Proteges and mentors will participate in practical, engaging training, self-assessments, and collaboration. The program provides guidance, support, and encouragement to help teachers be effective in their teaching. It promotes professional growth through self-reflection and fosters positive, trusting relationships with colleagues and administrators. Confidentiality, time commitment, and communication are expected. Multiple administrators, the teaching and learning coordinator/department, and the superintendent will be involved in and play a role in developing a new educator in your district community.

For new teachers to be welcomed into your district's puzzle, you may have to envision and rotate how they fit, with guidance, support, collaboration, and feedback.
