What if democracy has been solving the wrong problem for centuries?
Representative democracy was created when millions of citizens could not realistically participate in every decision. That limitation no longer exists - but the political system built around it still does.
Eudemocy proposes a different model.
Citizens keep the final say. Experts study and explain. Professional managers execute. Public money remains tied to those who fund it. Debt cannot be imposed without consent. Common assets belong to everyone. Technology increases transparency, but never replaces human judgment.
This is not a detailed constitution or a blueprint full of fixed percentages and legal formulas. It is a manifesto built around a simpler question: how much power still needs to be delegated when citizens can decide directly for themselves?
Eudemocy challenges the logic of political parties, permanent bureaucracy, opaque public spending, inherited debt, and institutions that claim to act in the public interest while remaining largely beyond direct public control.
It does not ask for better rulers.
It asks why we still need so many of them.
