His poem Living in Confucius Wall has been translated into Mandarin and published by Jining University in Qufu, China 2009. Victor's poems have both strength and imagery, with glimpses of nature, personal love, mystery and wonder as he explores the complexities of the universe. The title poem Essay on Water, was first published at Michigan St. University in a literary magazine titled Sound Edition in their issue on Water published by the university library. His poem Pyromaniac was publish in Canada, by Plowman Press, and his poems For They Will Know Us By Our Love, Original Description, and The Umber Haze Of Summer were published in Swansea, Wales.
