Sometimes you enter into a new phase in life - one where nothing is written down for you. There are no instructions on how to navigate it. Like you're staring at a wall of blank slates in a never-ending library. You take that for what it is, and you write down your life lessons through the pain and the tears. In this phase, it can feel like your life is a train wreck. Like you're playing the part in someone else's show - like you're in a cinema. Eventually you get to a point where you can start to see things through a new lens, or rather maybe your being is in a new plane of perception. While you're here, you keep writing your lessons on the slates around you. One day, you've written the last lesson. This last one is your key to get out because you've gained the wisdom needed for this phase of life. As the last story is written, you fill all of your slates. The walls break down around you and the light from a new world, one of emerald skies, shines down. You breathe and take it in.
Now let us run as we escape the library of blank slates.
Experience this collection of poetry and prose through the various phases of an unintentional metamorphosis.
