Although this book is not a sequel to one of my previous books, Seasonal Spices, it picks up on the natural vibes of that book in order to display the newer shades of nature that are more basic or elemental. Seasonal Spices had covered the seasonal colors of nature in its joyous and brighter hues, while Elemental focuses on the soul of nature that is rooted in five elements of fire, water, air, earth, and space. These elements are also the roots of human existence. By understanding the deeper meaning and laws of these five elements, we can understand our formation and the way we can balance our body, mind, and soul. Such wisdom can ascend our chakras to attain more peace and happiness in this humanly life. From Ayurveda, yoga and meditation to changing our food habits and lifestyles, there are several ways to balance the five elements of nature inside us.

Through Elemental, you will experience a fulfilling journey that shows you the positive aspects of the behavior of each element or the state of matter. This poetic ensemble carries the bubbliness and luminosity of all elements in their integrity and synchronous forms. This micro-poetry book carries 105 micro poems (poems of 6-8 lines), segmented into an opening section for each element (5 poems in total) and a main section for each element (100 poems in total). Elemental came into existence via my close bond with nature and the cosmic inspiration that guided me to create it. I have merged my spiritual experiences and life knowledge into this compilation that I'd like my readers to absorb word by word, by diving into the depth of every facet of nature. This is because every word is linked to the way an element manifests itself or produces harmony inside us.

So, enjoy this ride on the wings of air and bubbles of ocean, through the bumpy space and smooth sand, by the cozy fireplace with this book in your hands. I send you all my love and light with this creation.
