Doofuzz Dudes - Rescue Moondar

A thousand years ago, Prince Florian was cursed to wander the world forever. Only one thing can free him. This morning, a boy dug it out of the ground.

Toby Doofuzz was expecting chocolate coins at his birthday treasure hunt. Instead, he finds a velvet Spell Book and a golden crown that fits nobody's head but his. By nightfall, he has been proclaimed King of Moondar, a tiny city in another world with a very large problem.

To save it, Toby and his brother Huon, along with fearless Anu, chattering Tom and short-sighted William, must outwit the Guard Geese, survive a forest of biting trees, and face down the barbarian Dreezles. But the greatest danger is the tall man in the long black cloak, with rotten teeth and a pet Dorik. He is coming for them, and he wants the one thing Toby cannot give up.

Quick wits, kind hearts and each other. It's all they have.

Their ordinary lives will never be the same again.

In the beloved tradition of The Magic Faraway Tree and The Chronicles of Narnia, with a magical world all of its own.

Book 1 in the Doofuzz Dudes series. A fast, funny, fully illustrated fantasy adventure for readers aged 8-12.
