If you like psychological thrillers, you're going to fall in love with Cassidy Mist's writing. Her books keep you up all night, because you won't quit reading. Don't Say I Do is no exception because Mist develops her characters so thoroughly you'll feel like you know them, but you don't...or do you? You could envision some as a member of your family. But others are the ones you cross the street to avoid contact with. Mist is harsh, abrasive, and real. She makes no excuses for her graphic scenes, saying a rapist doesn't ask permission, why should I portray him as a gentleman? Cassie's past will not fall into place easily. Her husband's tragic death left her confused, depressed, and suicidal. And why now- when her life is finally regaining some normalcy does she feel like she's being followed and watched... again? Is it her imagination or is it real?Don't Say I Do takes you inside the mind and heart of a struggling, heart-broken woman who you'll find yourself rooting for from the very beginning. The twists and turns will leave you wondering if Cassie really is paranoid. Is she so trapped writing her book's character that she's unable to discern reality from fiction? But what if she's not crazy? What if everything that's happened to her was a plan to get her alone, dependent, and in the arms of the very person she ran from so long ago? And can you be sure you know who she's really running from? Sometimes the person you think you know the best are the ones you know the least. Some people just can't be saved. Others just can't be killed. In Don't Say I Do, you'll figure out which category Cassie falls into.
