She tells how she dates a hijacker, ends up in jail and eventually turns her life completely around and graduates high school. Holden not only tells her story but she also takes it one step further and interviews other foster parents, foster children, and the Minister for Children & Families Minister themselves, and addresses the issues that need to be changed within the failing system and obtains possible solutions to the issues at hand.
