DARK. DRIVEN. DEADLY.
SABINA
Nikolai Ivanov is not my savior. He's my family's sworn enemy, the heir to the ruthless Ivanov syndicate, and the man who turned my life into chaos.
But when he kidnaps me to protect me from a threat I can't see, I have no choice but to confront the blizzard outside... and the storm he ignites inside me.
Trapped with him in a snowbound cabin, every moment crackles with unbearable tension. His ice-blue eyes promise danger. His touch burns through every defense I've ever built. He's my captor, my tormentor, the man who destroyed my family's peace.
So why does surrendering to him feel like my only salvation?
NIKOLAI
Sabina Russo is everything I should resist: a firebrand, a fighter, a Russo princess. She's also mine, though she doesn't know it yet. And I'll kill anyone who dares to harm her.
Taking her wasn't in the plan. Keeping her was never supposed to happen. But in the shadows, enemies close in, and the only way to protect her is to keep her locked away-safe, and far from anyone who could exploit her as my weakness.
In the silence of the cabin, surrounded by snow and firelight, she sees past the monster I've become. And every look, every word, every battle of wills pushes me closer to the edge.
I should remember the blood feud that makes us enemies. I should let her go.
But I won't. I'll claim her. I'll consume her. And I'll destroy anyone who tries to take her from me.
**Dark Promise is the third book in the Vegas Vicious series. It is a stand-alone romance in a connected series featuring the Russo crime family. Enemies to lovers, snowed-in, kidnapped heroine, touch-her-and-die energy, and an obsessed alpha billionaire hero. This full-length novel includes violent scenes, profanity, and explicit sex. It may not be suitable for sensitive audiences.**
