The Dutch edition of ABCs of Racing is more than a translation -- it's a culturally tailored F1 book written specifically for Dutch families and the Orange Army supporting Max Verstappen. Written by Andy Amendola and illustrated by Wei Ren across 34 vivid pages, it follows Red Racer and Roxy de ingenieur through the alphabet and into the world of Formula 1, for kids ages 3-8.
From C staat voor Coureur to Z staat voor Zandvoort, each letter introduces an authentic Formula 1 concept in Dutch -- from Circuit Zandvoort and the roaring Orange Army to racing science, pit crew strategy, and the global traditions that define Grand Prix culture. This edition features unique illustrations and racing terms created specifically for Dutch F1 fans, translated by Amsterdam native and Verstappen fan Sharon van Tienhoven for authentic language throughout.
Perfect for: Whether you're raising a future Verstappen fan, sharing F1 with Dutch-speaking grandparents, or celebrating the Netherlands' place in modern Formula 1 -- this is the book that brings racing passion home in Dutch.
- Culturally tailored for Dutch families and Max Verstappen fans
- Unique illustrations and racing terms distinct from the English edition
- 34 illustrated pages of authentic Dutch F1 vocabulary and concepts
- Perfect for ages 3-8, Dutch-speaking households, heritage language learning, and gifting
