However, his life took a different turn when he joined the military and became a mechanic. After leaving the military, he worked as a truck driver and eventually started his own trucking company. But it was his love for aviation that led him to start experimenting with drones, which eventually led him to start his own drone company.Throughout the book, Nelson shares his insights into the drone industry and how it has evolved over the years. He also delves into the challenges he faced as a black entrepreneur in a predominantly white industry, and how he overcame them.A Drone and a Dreamer is a powerful and inspiring story of perseverance, determination, and the pursuit of one's dreams.
