About The Book
The Drifting Mind is a reflective metaphorical journey through key stages of growth-initiation, exploration, and enlightenment. More than interpreting a metaphor, it invites readers into the powerful question, 'What If'.
We are often wired to think in fixed ways, but metaphor can break that pattern and open deeper learning and transformation. The reader's journey is further shaped by the FREE framework, which encourages critical reflection and exploration through 'what if' questions.
The book's core strength lies in blending Ghibli art with research-backed insights on how metaphorical learning and 'what if' thinking can transform lives.
