A Dreamy Marriage follows Dean and Linda, a middle-aged married couple raising six children while their seemingly ordinary marriage becomes entangled in a bizarre series of recurring dreams. Dean repeatedly dreams about a mysterious mistress who looks, speaks, and behaves exactly like Linda, while Linda dreams about an unseen woman whom she believes is secretly involved with her husband. Strangely, Dean always encounters his dream mistress and Linda separately within his dreams, while Linda can never see the mysterious woman's face. As jealousy, suspicion, and emotional tension grow, their dreams begin blurring the boundaries between reality and imagination, taking them through their family home and day to day life. What begins as a seemingly impossible betrayal ultimately becomes a mind-bending journey into love, insecurity, identity, and the subconscious. At the final revelation, Linda discovers that the mysterious mistress she has feared throughout the story has her own face, forcing her to realize that she has been jealous of herself all along. Together, Dean and Linda must confront the strange truth behind their dreams and rediscover the love, trust, and commitment holding their family together.
