We can't do this alone. We need the support and guidance of other, good people, for us to overcome our fears and help provide explanations about what is essentially affecting our well-being.Once you learn to unravel and understand the tortured threads of your deepest fears, you will experience a new strength and a feeling of liberation that you never thought possible.
