The Goddess dreams into existence the fundamental elemental building blocks of life: Earth, air, fire, and water. As these elements dance together inside the cosmic egg, the goddess dreams on. A multiplicity of creatures appear from butterflies to deep-sea creatures.
Then the Goddess dreams of humans. a diverse, exquisite tapestry of humans of all shapes, sizes, and colors. She sings a sacred lullaby to her children, reminding them of their inherent worth and their own co-creative power. When the egg eventually grows too large to contain, the Goddess performs a profound act of love: she turns herself inside out, planting the egg in everything.
The accompanying cover artwork beautifully mirrors the text's ethereal, cosmic tone. It features the Goddess floating peacefully in a star-speckled galaxy, her body woven from organic textures that ground her connection to nature. Radiant light emanates from the delicate pink egg nesting inside, while swirling through the deep space around her.
