Her village burned. Her world ended. The mountain was never meant to save her.
Devika was never meant to survive.
Dragged from the ashes of her ruined home, she awakens high above the world of men-alone, barefoot, and trapped within an ancient mountain temple long forgotten by time. But she is not alone for long.
Something else lives there.
A dragon.
Massive. White as snow. Watching her.
He was not always a beast.
Once a man... now cursed by the gods, bound to the mountain, and chained to a fate neither of them chose.
Devika should fear him.
She should run.
But there is nowhere to go.
The temple is a prison. The mountain is a grave. And the gods who brought her here are still watching.
Waiting.
As days bleed into nights, fear turns into tension... tension into something far more dangerous. Something neither human nor beast can control.
Desire.
But this is no simple bond.
The closer they become, the tighter the chains grow. And the truth behind her arrival begins to unravel-revealing a purpose far darker than survival.
She was not saved.
She was chosen.
And if Devika cannot break the curse that binds them... she won't just lose her freedom.
She will lose herself to the dragon completely.
