Meet Draca, also known as the Dragon Blood, who is imprisoned by his kingdom in the cellars of his castle rock. Once caught with drinking human blood, his wife betrayed his trust and spoke to the religious council. The religious council deemed to throw the Dragon Blood King into the depths of the cellars, where he should remain till his last breath. As Draca remains in the cellars, he manages to craft words upon words onto the damp cellar walls through the leftover blood left to drink by the Elders, whom leave a chalice every full moon night. He writes away, as a scribe strives to work for his healing.
