Megan also has a secret to reveal to Blaine, she is aware of who he and his parents are. She was abused and manipulated as a child by his parents and was arranged to be his future wife. Megan confesses to Blaine that it was no coincidence how they met.

If Blaine can forgive Megan for years of deception Megan knows that they can work through their childhood trauma together and can right the wrongs of their family as the new Harbingers of the Order of Azoth. Which of course means ridding the Order of Azoth of all of those members who have profited from the exploitation of children for all of those years.
