The purpose and function of a praise and worship ministry is to confront the enemy and expand the territory for God's move to connect well with his flock. As the praises go up, his glory comes down, 2 Chronicles 5v13-14. God's purpose for praise and worship is to bulldoze, or cut to size and annihilate the enemy. To serve in this ministry, you have to solely stand on Christ, and not on your own, Proverbs 3v5-6. As a praise and worship team member, let it be your language that, 'I put no trust in my bow, my sword does not bring me victory; but you give us victory over our enemies, you put our adversaries to shame.
