Finding out his daughter is pregnant to a man he hates, through his ASIO contact David Gillman has John Kelly and his strike team sent to an island called Devils Rock.
The mission directive is to work with the Americans to assist with the locals to either vote for or against the United State in setting up a military naval, airforce base on the small Island that hold many of the same mystery properties as the training ground at the Indigo basin on mainland Australia.
Un-beknown to David Gillman, his top ASIO agent, Dale Myles is very anti the movement David is in charge of in Australia and the Asia Pacific region called the New World Order. The New Order is determined to take over all countries to control the oil, gold and all other commodities of value.
To ensure part of the New Wolds aims are met, the order, uses the pending visit of the President of the USA to Devils Rock as a counter move to have the Vice President who is the founder of the order put in place, then, allow the future plans of the New Order to proceed. It is also a time to be rid of John Kelly and the Strike team once and forever.
The Americans however are not aware that a resident who is in hiding on Devils Rock, is a good friend of Dale Myles and to make his money he uses his skill as a former British spy with MI6 and trades Top Secret Information to the highest bidder around the globe, but this man Ryan has no time for the emerging New World Order.
Rayan discovers the plan to bring down the Presidents helicopter on it arrival to Devils Rock, and place the blame of it downing onto Kelly and his strike team.
To protect these men, both Dale Myles and Ryan work together to get the men off the island and hide them deep in the outback among two Aboriginal communities.
Dale assure the men it is a temporary thing, but it lasts for fifteen years before being free.
David Gillman finds out, his daughter has now given birth to John Kelly child and at all cost, want's Kelly and his team dead.
As Devils Rock fell over, David Gillman leases the Delta team training area to the Americans, the base happen to be close to the Aboriginal communities where the Delta team are in hiding.
It now becomes a game of cat and mouse, to stay out of the destructive power of the American base and, well out of reach of David Gillman who has many Lieutenants high up in government assisting him in tracking down Kelly and his team.
Once John Kelly's girlfriend Jillian Gillman take the seat of the Prime Minister, from her father, it is considered safe for the men to walk freely. However David her father still uses his contact in an attempt to destroy Delta and all it stands for.
