Join Della, a bubbly and curious 2-year-old, as she embarks on her exciting first day of preschool.
Though she starts the day with boundless energy and a big smile, she soon feels a little nervous about being away from Mommy and Daddy for the very first time. The new school environment, filled with unfamiliar faces, toys, and sounds, can feel overwhelming at times. But with the gentle guidance of her caring teacher and the warm welcome of her new classmates, Della slowly starts to settle in. Along the way, she learns important skills like taking deep breaths when she feels anxious and reminding herself that Mommy or Daddy will always come back at the end of the day. As she explores the classroom, makes new friends, and discovers fun activities like playing with baby dolls and decorating bread, Della realizes that school is a wonderful place for adventures, learning, and play. By the end of the day, Della can't wait to return for more!

This book is told in a playful rhyming matter that is sure to draw in the attention of toddlers and help them prepare for their own first day of school!
