When scavenger Rowan hears the forbidden broadcast whisper his name, he's pulled into a deadly journey across the ruins of America in search of the truth behind the signal, the Collapse, and the terrifying force that came through The Dead Line. But the farther Rowan travels, the more reality begins to fracture. People vanish after hearing certain phrases, voices speak through dead radios, and something ancient is spreading through every remaining transmission on Earth.
