The Dawn of Our Last Day / L'Inizio del Nostro Ultimo Giorno is a two-voice theatrical journey set on the veranda of a house in Zambia, where Sekou and Eva move around each other through silences, glances, and words that never quite become confession. What begins as a simple encounter grows into a fragile dance of possibility-one that arrives too late, yet demands to be remembered.

Told like a diary written backwards, the play stitches together the emotional fragments of a story that never dared to call itself love. Around the two characters revolve laughter, music rehearsals, muddy fritters, mosquito nets, blackouts, and the restless vibration of daily life. Inside them, however, something trembles-something that could have changed everything if spoken aloud.

Interwoven with a second musical-poetic line, the play invites the audience into an unfinished score: a rehearsal room where harmonies, mistakes, shy glances, and unexpected beauty reveal more truth than words do.
